Ropsley 20-100mm clean aggregate
This graded aggregate is frequently used as a drainage material and as a bedding aggregate to provide a level foundation for underground pipes. Often used for topping off over sites.
Ropsley Type 1 Graded
Type 1 Graded aggregate has excellent load bearing properties. Often used as a sub-base for heavy use areas such as roads and driveways.
Ropsley Heavy duty pitching
Used for river banks, sea defences, railway banks. Can be used when filling gabion baskets. Used for embankment protection and stabilisation.
Ropsley Gabion Stone aggregate 150-225mm (clean)
Gabion stone is a crushed stone and is used as a filler in gabion baskets and cages. Our gabion stone is angular which offers excellent interlocking characteristics. A hard and durable material.
Ropsley Class 6C - Between 40/125mm
Used as a starter layer in highways projects. 6C is deposited as the first layer of fill above the existing ground level. 6C is often used in wet or unstable ground conditions prior to capping with 6F5. 6C can also be used as a large drainage material, for trench fill and river bank protection.
Ropsley Fill Sand
Fill sand has been sifted down to the smallest sizes and consequently has a very high. As it typically doesn’t retain moisture it is often used for drainage in areas that are likely to get wet such as water tanks, ponds and other wet areas.
Ropsley Type B
A graded, granular aggregate. As there are no dust or fines it offers improved drainage capabilities. Used primarily in drainage projects such as pipe bedding where it is used as a back fill material.

The aggregates we supply are Primary aggregates which are produced from naturally occurring mineral deposits and are extracted specifically for use as aggregates and are used for the first time. Our aggregates are of high strength and durability with low water absorption or porosity.
We currently supply aggregates in a 30 to 40 radius of both quarries and are frequently supplying aggregates to Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Nottinghamshire.
