Ropsley Class 6C - Between 40/125mm
Used as a starter layer in highways projects. 6C is deposited as the first layer of fill above the existing ground level. 6C is often used in wet or unstable ground conditions prior to capping with 6F5. 6C can also be used as a large drainage material, for trench fill and river bank protection.
